Computer, personal growth, customer service, career management and
diversity training are only some of the ongoing, on-site and online
courses available to POOLCORP employees through the company’s
EDGEucation training center.

POOLCORP's Manager Trainee Program is an aggressive,
fast-tracked, rotational, 52-week program that includes field experiences
and course work in areas including operations, customer service,
credit, finance, management and sales.

POOLCORP will reimburse up to 90 percent of educational costs based
on the grade obtained. Limit is up to $1,000 a year to cover tuition, books
and lab fees for pre-approved courses, after one year of service.
