POOLCORP marks the achievement of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years
of service.

The company’s incentive program supports POOLCORP's strong belief
that employees should share in the company's success and be rewarded
for their contributions to POOLCORP's performance over the past year.

Each year, POOLCORP awards a pair of collegiate scholarships to
the children of its employees. Two applicants are selected to
receive the Maurice Van Dyke Memorial Scholarship and the
Dominic DeMichele Memorial Scholarship – each valued at up to
$8,000, or $1,000 per semester for a total of eight semesters
(excluding summer sessions). The winners must continue to
meet certain eligibility requirements to maintain the award each
semester.

The employee referral program provides an incentive for team
building by rewarding a referring employee for a new hire.
