  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Professional Selling, Management, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline.
  • A solid academic performance record, 2.5 GPA minimum.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience. 
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to perform business math (percentages, ratios, discounts, interests, etc).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & Internet software and ability to learn Prelude inventory system.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate for training and advancement opportunities.
  • Internship experience a plus.
  • Must have a positive attitude and enjoy helping customers.
