Citizenship

At POOLCORP, we believe that being a good corporate citizen is the right thing to do for our customers, employees and community. Our goal is to achieve exceptional performance by embedding citizenship into our daily decisions and actions.

POOLCORP believes in giving back. Our employees are involved in a multitude of volunteer efforts that positively impact our communities. Whether it is an event to a support local or global charity, performing work for Habit for Humanity, or assisting in the refurbishment of community swimming pools demolished by natural disasters, our employees want to make our local communities better places to live, work, and play.

Stewardship Committee

POOLCORP’s Stewardship Committee engages in various fundraisers in order to give back. Our corporate headquarters is affiliated with numerous charities and each individual sales center is also encouraged to engage their community and support charities. Below are events and charities that POOLCORP employees are proud to have participated in:

  • American Heart Association Heart Walk®
  • Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®
  • National Multiple Sclerosis Society Bike MS®
  • Special Olympics
  • St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®
  • Habitat for Humanity® Women Build
  • The Northshore Food Bank and local food banks nationwide
  • Humanitarian relief following hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, etc.

Political Involvement and Contributions

While POOLCORP does not offer donations for any political party or candidate, we do encourage all of our employees to actively take part in the political process and support candidates of their choice.

POOLCORP participates in trade organizations that represent our industry as a whole.
