POOLCORP has partnered with the Veterans Affairs and Recruit Military to hire men and women coming in and out of the Armed Forces. Veterans recruiting is a passionate part of our talent search. Currently, POOLCORP has over one hundred and twenty military personnel serving on our team. We understand the uniqueness of hiring military personnel and veterans and will support him/her in the time of duty.

Being the world’s largest pool distributor, our peak season is Summer. POOLCORP hires many warehouse associates and drivers during this time. Bringing on extra talent for the busy season allows us access to new skills and perspectives that could improve efficiency or streamline production. Seasonal employees are a key investment for us to be productive during peak demand.

This Distribution Sales Internship (field internship) is designed to orient the intern to the various positions at our sales center locations including Sales Center Manager, Operations Manager and Business Development Representative positions. Interns follow a progressive plan mentored by the sales center manager. Many of our interns join POOLCORP after graduation, either directly into roles in our businesses or as a member of our manager trainee program.

Corporate Internships are available in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at our Covington Support Office and work alongside the leaders in the industry, offering them a unique opportunity to observe a challenging and fast-paced work environment while at the same time developing skills and a greater understanding of the wholesale distribution industry as a whole. Many of our interns join POOLCORP after graduation, either directly into roles in our businesses or as a member of our manager trainee program.
